IMPROVEMENT OF DEALERSHIP MANAGEMENT

We carry out Consulting work in Dealerships to pinpoint, analyze and solve the problems that can't be detected internally because of daily activity, and wich can make arise negative results and, in the worst of cases, bussiness failure. 

Our job consists in:

• Analysing the Internal Status in the financial, commercial, technical, management and Customer Service areas. 
• Carrying out an External Analysis taking the environment, the market and the socio-economical status into account. 
• Drafting a Plotted Action Plan formatted as a report, containing specific and feasible proposals in order to solve the problem. 
• Last of all, and if it is suggested by the Client, we can take part in the Implementation of the Action Plan, by means of a Temporary Assisted Shared Management.
